1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Pro Subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies strictly to the first subscription payment; it does not apply to renewals.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
We generally do not issue refunds beyond the 14-day window unless in exceptional circumstances, such as extended downtime of our generator tools or incorrect charges due to a billing error.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing dashboard in your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the cycle.
5. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by our billing team, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank.
